These necklaces are guaranteed for 60 days past purchase. If at any time they break during those 60 days you can send it back and it will be repaired and returned to you. They are well made, but every once in a great while one of the claps gives out because it was defective from the store. We are sorry about any incovenieces and White Wolf does his best to inspect all the parts before sending your necklace out. But the rare internal defects are hard to see.
